Your data at Livio
Livio guides you between an accepted offer and the key handover. To do that we process personal data. This statement explains which data that is, why we use it and what choices you have.

This is a translation for your convenience. The Dutch version is the binding text; in case of any difference, the Dutch privacy statement prevails.
1. Who is responsible?
Livio is responsible for processing personal data through the website and the Livio app. Livio is based in Eindhoven and part of Next Play Ventures (KvK 98453769, VAT NL005332377B12).
Questions about privacy, or a request about your data, can be sent to account@vialivio.nl.
2. Which data do we use?
- Account and contact details, such as your name, email address, phone number and, if applicable, the email address of a co-buyer.
- Property and purchase details, such as your address, key handover date, property type, accepted offer, mortgage amount and own funds.
- Renovation and guidance preferences, such as plans, budgets, tasks, progress and how often you want contact.
- WhatsApp data, such as your phone number, WhatsApp profile name, message content, message status and conversation history when you use Noa.
- Technical and local app data, such as your session, theme and app preferences, and data kept in your browser to remember your progress.
When you search for your address, the app sends the postcode and house number to the PDOK location server to retrieve an address from the Dutch addresses and buildings register (BAG).
3. Why, and on what legal basis?
| Doel | Grondslag |
|---|---|
| Creating your account, signing you in and providing your dashboard. | Performance of our service, or steps at your request before entering into it. |
| Tailoring your plan, budget and guidance to your situation. | Performance of our service. |
| Answering your contact request when you send us one. | Your consent, or your request for contact. |
| Sending and receiving WhatsApp messages and having Noa answer them. | Performance of the guidance you asked for. |
| Securing the service, investigating errors and preventing misuse. | Our legitimate interest in a safe and reliable service. |
| Remembering your chosen theme and unfinished progress in your browser. | Necessary for the functionality you are using. |
Where we ask for consent, you can always withdraw it. Withdrawal does not change the fact that processing before then, based on your consent, was lawful.
4. Who do we share data with?
We do not sell your personal data. We do use service providers to run Livio:
- Supabase for authentication and storage of account and profile data.
- Meta/WhatsApp when you contact Noa over WhatsApp.
- OpenAI when Noa drafts a reply to a WhatsApp message. Your message and relevant profile context may be processed in order to answer.
- PDOK when you use the address search.
- Google Fonts and cdnjs for font and script files on the public website; these parties may receive technical request data when the page loads.
Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that is necessary for our processing, we require appropriate safeguards in line with the GDPR.
5. How long do we keep data?
- We keep account and profile data for as long as you use Livio, and afterwards only as long as needed to handle requests, for security or for legal obligations.
- We keep WhatsApp conversations for as long as needed for guidance and follow-up, or until you ask us to delete them, unless we are required to keep data longer.
- Browser data stays on your device until you clear it, reset the app or delete your browser storage.
- We keep contact requests for as long as needed to handle your request and record any follow-up.
6. Your rights
You can ask us for access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or transfer of your data. You can also object to processing based on a legitimate interest, and withdraw consent where processing rests on it.
In the app you can download an overview of your data and clear local app data on your device. To delete your account and server data, send a request to account@vialivio.nl. We may ask for information to verify your identity.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
7. Automation and security
Noa may use artificial intelligence to draft WhatsApp replies based on your message and relevant account data. Livio does not use this to make decisions with legal or similarly significant consequences for you.
We take technical and organisational measures to secure your data, including access restrictions on account data and secure connections.
8. Changes
If our service or processing changes, we may update this privacy statement. This page always shows the current version, with the date of the last change.
