Why is Livio free?
Livio receives a fee when you reach an affiliated kitchen or bathroom shop through us and place an order there. The shop pays, you don’t.
You don’t have to choose a Livio partner.
If you choose another shop, you simply include it in your plan and renovation budget. Livio works the same for you.

- First what suits you
We compare shops on your wishes, distance, price range and ratings. Lindehof is at the top here because of its higher rating and more reviews.
If two shops are nearly level, we put a Livio partner first. A shop that suits you less never gets priority because it is a partner. - You can always recognise partners
We have an agreement with a shop labelled Livio partner. If you place an order there, Livio receives a fee.
- A partner gets more space
A partner can fill its own page with photos, projects and contacts, and you book the appointment via Noa. With other shops, you get in touch yourself.
The same for every shop, partner or not. A partner cannot change this part.
Only partners have this part. You can always see that it comes from the shop itself.
2% cashback
on your kitchen.
At participating Livio partners. You always choose who you work with.
2% of the kitchen invoice is paid back to your own bank account. Real money, not store credit or points.
- Cashback never buys a higher place. Being a partner earns no points in your shop list.
- Your budget stays private. Partners see your wishes, never what you can spend.

During the pilot you use Livio for free. If we offer paid services after that, you’ll hear the price and the terms in advance. We charge nothing without your consent.
Who is the pilot for?
For the first 50 home buyers in and around Eindhoven.
When does Livio receive a fee?
When you place an order with a Livio partner. A partner does not pay for an appointment or for a place in the list.
What does a partner see about me?
Only something once you ask for an appointment: your wishes, style and timing. You see the message beforehand. Your total budget is not included; you share that yourself if you want to.
Why does Livio ask for feedback during the pilot?
Your experience helps us decide which guidance is valuable and what it may cost.
